On our website you shall find a wide range of baby related products such as Baby Personal Care Products (i.e. Body lotions, soaps, massage oils, etc), apparels, accessories, and more.
We at Softsens are customer driven and we always put the customers’ needs ahead of ours. With that said, we are dedicated in providing and delivering the best of baby accessories/products at the most reasonable and compelling rates/prices.
All our Products are either made in India and/or from abroad.
Our products are tested & approved, first, before being sold. Hence, they are definitely safe for use on babies.
None of our products are tried or tested on animals. They are all tested in laboratories without the use of animals ever being involved.
After the order has been shipped, it becomes difficult to cancel it. However, Softsens shall try to help the customer out with the request. Softsens shall get in touch with the courier company and ask them if it can be called back. If it can’t be re-called, then once the customer receives the order, it will need to be sent back to Softsens (the customer will need to bear the cost of the return shipping fee and will need to use a reliable courier company to send the order back because if it gets damaged while coming back, then a refund cannot take place).
